Golden Card Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • Original Warranty Card Required: To benefit from the services, presenting the original warranty card with the stamp and date is mandatory.
  • Exclusions: The Golden Card warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, physical damage, breakage, or repairs performed by non-authorized service representatives.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of parts and the transportation of replaced products.
  • Product Replacement: If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced.
  • Important Note: Product replacement with the Golden Card is limited to one-time replacement per product.
